Q1. Do you have a boutique for us to view the dresses?
A1. No. We are an online boutique and currently do not have any physical store.

Q2. How does the ordering process work?
A2. We list the stocks available and update upon receiving an order. Drop us an email/sms, indicating the particular piece/s you would like to purchase by indicating the model number and purchase price and we will reply you to confirm the stock availability and reservation. Upon recieving your payment via Funds Transfer to our account or credit card payment via Paypal, we will deliver the dress/es within 3 working days.

Q3. Since we cannot try on before purchase, what if the size does not fit?
A3. We deliver the purchased dresses to you at doorstep. Hence, if the size does not fit, we can offer an immediate exchange without extra charge.

Q4. Are the dresses exactly like the pictures shown?
A4. Yes. We take pictures using the actual product.

Q5. What if we do not like the dresses after receiving the actual product?
A5. This is a difficult one. We can offer a first* exchange for our other dresses, subject to stock availability or we can offer an immediate refund but with a $10 surcharge for the delivery service incurred.
*First Exchange is free. Subsequent exchange (capped at 3) is chargeable at $10 each exchange.

Q6. How often do you release new range?
A6. As often as we can. :D so please check back our store whenever you can! Alternatively, you can request to be included in our mailing list(Email & SMS), so that we can notify you when we put up new range or launch any promotions.

Q7. So how do I get included in your Mailing List?
A7. Just drop us an SMS or EMAIL (SUBJECT: MAILING LIST), stating your FULL NAME, MOBILE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS AND DATE OF BIRTH.

Q8. Do you accept orders out of Singapore?
A8. Yes. We do. Just drop us an email regarding your inquiry and we will get back to you regarding the stock availability and shipping charges applicable to your country.

Q9. Are prices inclusive of shipping?
A9. For local Singapore orders, shipping is inclusive but not for overseas order.
